FRC Land Co. LLC has confirmed it completed the sale of Sessoms Timberland in Georgia to The Langdale Company on Dec. 21, 2021.
Terms were not disclosed.
The roughly 41,095-acre property in Clinch, Ware, and Atkinson counties was announced for sale in September 2021. In a Sept. 30 press release, FRC Land noted the family-held asset had been managed for sustainable timber production over five generations.
