Faerch names Pernille Lind Olsen as Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2025; Olsen joins from Henkel where she served as President of North America operations

Faerch A/S, a Danish leading manufacturer of circular rigid food packaging solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pernille Lind Olsen as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025.

Pernille Lind Olsen joins Faerch from Henkel, where she served as the President of Henkel North America and Corporate Senior Vice President for Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ global Packaging & Consumer Goods business.

With a distinguished career spanning roles in Denmark, Singapore, Germany and the US, Pernille brings extensive international business leadership experience. Her career began at Novozymes, followed by positions at Hempel, before joining Henkel in 2022. She is also a non-executive board member at Aarsleff, a Danish contracting company.

Pernille is in the process of relocating to Denmark to work from Faerch's Holstebro headquarters.
