– U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin announced the agency will consolidate its downtown Washington, D.C., footprint saving $18 million annually in lease costs. Administrator Zeldin’s decision comes after an end to COVID-era remote work rules and completion of a comprehensive space analysis of the Federal Triangle campus initiated by EPA’s Office of Mission Support.
