Metsä Group completes divestment of 75,000 m3/year spruce sawmill Metsä Wood Eesti in Reopalu, Estonia, to Combimill Invest after Estonian competition authority approves transaction

– On 10 June 2014, Metsäliitto Cooperative, the parent company of Metsä Group, announced the divestment of the entire share capital of its subsidiary Metsä Wood Eesti AS to Combimill Invest OÜ. The divestment was finalised on 30 June 2014 following the approval of the Estonian competition authority. The transaction will not have a significant impact on Metsä Wood’s financial results.
