Viterra completes acquisition of certain assets of Lethbridge Inland Terminal, including high throughput grain elevator with capacity of 42,000 tonnes

Viterra Inc. ("Viterra"), Canada's grain industry leader, is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of certain assets of Lethbridge Inland Terminal Ltd. (LIT), including a high throughput grain elevator with a capacity of 42,000 metric tonnes. The agreement was originally announced in a news release on December 28, 2013, and has received all pertinent shareholder and regulatory approvals.
