SHEBOYGAN, Wisconsin , February 20, 2014 (press release) – Scandia Plastics, LLC (“Scandia”) is excited to announce that Precision Medical, Inc. (“PMI”), a Georgia-based molder of bottles and containers for the food and household industrial markets, has been acquired and will become the latest member of Graham Partners’ new blow-molding platform – Convergence Packaging (“Convergence”).

Graham Partners is a private investment firm focused on investing in businesses with advanced manufacturing technologies, innovative product development capabilities, and strong growth potential. Their new Convergence platform now consists of Scandia, Paradigm Packaging, Inc. and PMI – three businesses with long histories of quality, customer service and attention to detail.

Adam Piatkowski, Managing Principal at Graham Partners, states “We continue to aggressively pursue our growth strategy for the Convergence platform by identifying and acquiring strong, regional and niche-oriented blow-molders. PMI provides us with another regional platform with a tremendous
history of quality and outstanding customer service – much like Scandia and Paradigm.”

Ross Bushnell, President and CEO of Convergence Packaging, added, “PMI’s strategic location in the Southeast, their growing food packaging platform, and their custom PET and HDPE packaging options are all great additions to the Convergence platform. PMI provides us with another step forward in our
drive to build a platform of world class regional businesses with a national presence.”

The combined Convergence enterprise offers expertise across a broad range of technical platforms including Injection Blow Molding, Injection Stretch Blow Molding, Extrusion Blow Molding and Injection Molding for a variety of resins including HDPE, PET, PP and LLDPE. Convergence Packaging’s footprint
now extends from California to New Jersey and Wisconsin to Georgia. With a cadre of businesses that were built on quality and service, Convergence is well positioned to meet the expanding needs of its
customers.

James Hinshaw, founder of PMI, saw the new Graham Partners platform as a logical next step for his business. “The Graham Partners and Convergence team made it clear from the outset that they were committed to our market, to our customers and to our people.”

Bushnell reiterated that PMI customers, just as their counterparts at Scandia and Paradigm, will retain all of their current sales and customer service contacts.

Precision Medical, Inc. is located in Hoschton, GA, and produces a variety of bottles containers in PET and HDPE principally for the food and household chem markets.

Paradigm Packaging, Inc. is headquartered in their Saddle Brook, NJ, manufacturing site and also has two manufacturing facilities in California and a third-party logistics site in Utah.

Scandia Plastics was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Scandia specializes in blow molded bottles, containers, and light industrial parts sold across a variety of end markets including medical diagnostics, healthcare, household and industrial chemicals.
