November 13, 2013 () – News: Global coffee bean output reached 110.1mn bags in the 2012-13 marketing year, according to the Economic Times. The figure marks an all-time global record, driven by significant increases in the output of markets including Brazil, Indonesia and Colombia. Beans of the Arabica variety accounted for 68.5mn bags, with Robusta shipments coming to 41.7mn bags. Global coffee output stood at 107.71mn bags in the previous marketing year.
