Group Lotus receives approval for Indian trademark 'Lotus Racing' for multiple goods including table napkins, toilet paper

MUMBAI, India , November 8, 2013 (Indian Trademark News) – Group Lotus PLC of Norfolk, UK received approval from Office of The Trade Marks Registry on the trademark LOTUS RACING (1944226).

The description of the mark registered is "Printed material, periodical publications, books, photographs, instructional and teaching and teaching materials, decalcomania, pens, pencils, pads of papers, paper articles and stickers, printed matter, stationery, writing implements, prints (engravings) pictures, calendars, magazines (periodicals), books, diaries, paper weights, all made of cardboard or paper, maps, guides, decalcomania, but not including handkerchiefs, kitchen rolls, hand towels, table cloths, table napkins, place mats, babies disposable napkins, toilet paper, filter papers and rolls of paper for industrial wiping purposes." It comes under Class 16 Trademark classification.

Application for the trademark was filed on March 31, 2010.

The Trademark was published in Journal No. 1610 on Oct. 14, 2013.
