YORK, Pennsylvania , May 9, 2013 (press release) – Glatfelter (NYSE: GLT) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a $0.10 per share cash dividend on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on August 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2013.
