LOS ANGELES , May 6, 2013 () – German orders for label paper have been strong since earlier this year, and the forecast from manufacturers is for 2013 to be similar to last year, reported Euwid on May 6.

Order lead times have increased to four weeks and are getting longer. The market is being bolstered by real demand and cannot be attributed solely to the market-releated downtime taken at the start of this year, said a manufacturer.

The demand trend is "positive" for all grades, according to the manufacturer, Euwid reported.
