NEW DELHI , April 19, 2012 (press release) – The scope of certification for ISO 9001:2008 is, "Manufacture and Supply of injection moulded plastic closures for packaging of food products, pharmaceuticals and other products"

The scope of Certification for ISO 22000:2005 is, "Receipt of raw materials, storage, injection moulding, assembly, printing, packing and despatch of closures for packaging food products, nutraceutical and edible oil."

Major equipments include injection moulding machines (20 Nos), Printing machines (3 Nos), Wading machines (2 Nos) and utility equipments such as Compressors (2 No), Chilling plant (2 Nos), Dehumidifier and water softener plant. it has also got well equipped quality control laboratory.

The plant is located in a non polluting environment and all operations are carried out in closed environment. Manufacturing operations, Quality Control Laboratory and stores are located in ground floor and utility services are located in basement.

Major customers include Coca cola, Pepsi, HPCL, Tide water, Cargil Food, Reliance and Adani

BERICAP, India has been awarded for 100% compliance to Coca Cola Supplier Guiding Principles for 2011. It has also been awarded Silver Award for 2011 Supplier performance for closure category.
