BAJA FRESH Mexican Grill, the quick-casual FRESH Mexican chain, announced the grand opening of its second BAJA FRESH in Pleasanton, CA. The 2,000 square foot BAJA FRESH is located at 6762 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 (925) 426-8686. It is owned and operated by Anil Ahuja who has been in the restaurant industry for 5 years. Anil chose to open a BAJA FRESH because of his appreciation for freshly prepared, great tasting and high quality food. Anil’s inspiration to open a BAJA FRESH came from past co-workers who shared that they hunger for FRESH food choices with quality ingredients. Anil states, “I have always appreciated freshly prepared, great tasting food, and now I can offer that to my guests.”
The BAJA FRESH “made to order” menu allows guests to customize their BAJA FRESH favorites including their signature Baja Burrito made with FRESH handmade guacamole and pico de gallo. The customizable menu provides a choice of fire-grilled chicken breast, steak, pork carnitas, shrimp or Wahoo. All menu items are prepared with always fresh, never frozen made to order Mexican food. Since the inception of BAJA FRESH in 1990, every order is served with free chips and a variety of 6 freshly prepared salsas from BAJA FRESH’s signature salsa bar.
The new restaurant encompasses BAJA FRESH’s latest contemporary restaurant design.
