CKE Restaurants enters into agreement to open Carl's Jr. restaurants in Bahamas over next five years; first restaurant scheduled to open later this year

CARPINTERIA, California , January 9, 2012 (press release) – CKE Restaurants, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a definitive development agreement with AML Foods Limited to build Carl’s Jr.® restaurants in the Bahamas over the next five years. The first restaurant is scheduled to open later this year. AML is a well-recognized and established Bahamian company with vast experience in food services, retail and club store operations.
