Medline Industries, Inc., in partnership with BODE Chemie, today announced the introduction of a new sustainable package for Sterillium(R) Comfort Gel, one of the world's leading waterless hand sanitizers. The new package was designed with 25 percent less plastic. The new design features a lighter, thinner bottle which reduces the amount of raw materials required in production and results in significant energy savings -- enough to heat approximately 60 homes a year.
Sterillium Comfort Gel in the new sustainable 475 ml package is now available to hospitals, post-acute care facilities, homecare providers and other healthcare related entities throughout the United States.
