Papyrus acquires Sweden's full service retailer StädgrossImporten i Stockholm, strengthens its position as wholesaler to Swedish FM, cleaning companies

MOLNDAL, Sweden , November 3, 2011 (press release) – Papyrus has acquired 100% of the shares in StädgrossImporten i Stockholm AB, a full service retailer within professional cleaning, serving cleaning and service companies with both direct deliveries and a cash & carry. The company has a turnover 54 MSEK and a strong local presence in the area of Stockholm, Sweden. The all-cash acquisition was completed on October 21, 2011.

This acquisition, together with the acquisition of StädCentralen Träffpunkten AB earlier this year, will further strengthen Papyrus position as the leading wholesaler to FM and cleaning companies in Sweden.
