Rockline Industries to expand wet wipe production area in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, create 55 new jobs, citing long-term contract with multinational consumer goods company; production operational within 9-12 months

Rockline Industries recently secured a long term contract with a large multinational consumer goods company and is announcing the creation of 55 new jobs, with the potential of as many as 80 jobs, in its’ wet wipe production area in Sheboygan. Hiring of these positions is beginning immediately. Production is scheduled to be operational in nine to twelve months.
As part of the proposed expansion plans, the Sheboygan Redevelopment Authority approved a $550,000 loan for the creation of 55 new jobs in Sheboygan. The loan package is at varying interest rates and tied to the creation of jobs for at least five years. Loan proceeds will be used to invest in new equipment for the expansion plans. Funding is provided from the City’s Community Development Block Grant revolving loan program administered by the Redevelopment Authority.
Rockline Industries will also receive up to $500,000 in tax credits from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation for equipment and working capital.
