Simon & Schuster partners with social media network Everloop to launch interactive book club that connects tweens with favorite books, authors

NEW YORK , March 23, 2011 () – Simon & Schuster has partnered with a social media network for an online, interactive book club for tweens.

The publisher announced Wednesday that it had joined with Everloop to launch a club that would connect tweens with favorite books and authors. The club will be on the Everloop website, www.everloop.com., and will begin with "Dork Diaries: Tales from a Not-So-Fabulous Life," by Rachel Renee Russell and "SPHDZ Book (hash)1!," by Jon Scieszka.

Book club members will be able to engage in online discussions with authors.
