Final Determinations in the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from Ecuador, India, Indonesia, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
On October 22, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador and Indonesia and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador, India, Indonesia, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).
