Pulte Homes to open Hunters Creek community in Flowery Branch, GA in October; development features 124 home sites, four two-story designs, planned pool and cabana

Pulte Homes announced today that its newest single-family home community – located on Union Church Road in Flowery Branch – is poised to open for sales in October 2024. Showcasing 124 home sites and four two-story home designs from which to choose, Hunters Creek will expand Pulte Homes’ footprint in Hall County. Two model homes – featuring the Continental and Newberry floor plans – are currently under construction and will soon feature professionally designed interiors to help visitors envision what life could be like if they lived in Hunters Creek. With starting prices in the High $400s, homes in the Flowery Branch community will offer 2,573 to 3,103+ square feet of interior living spaces, including three to seven bedrooms and two and a half to six bathrooms. The planned pool and cabana will undoubtedly serve as the community’s central social hub.

In addition to the two home designs featured in Hunters Creek’s model homes, Pulte Homes will offer The Stonebrook – with its Owners Suite on the main level, and The Leyton – which represents the largest available plan in the community. A select number of basement lots are also available. Homes offer open-concept designs, flexible options, insightfully designed features, and a variety of gathering spaces – both indoors and out. All homes will also include a Smart Home package with standard CAT6 RG6 wiring, USB outlets in the Owner’s Suite and Kitchen, smart thermostats, a motion sensor light switch, and a doorbell camera.

With I-985 just three miles from Hunters Creek, homeowners will be afforded access to the City of Gainesville and the Blue Ridge Mountains to the North, the Cities of Buford and Atlanta to the South, and a wealth of employment hubs in between. Desirable South Hall offers its residents excellent schools, shopping and dining destinations, an award-winning hospital system, and recreational outlets at every turn. Families with school-aged children living in Hunters Creek will be districted to Martin Elementary School, CW Davis Middle School, and Flowery Branch High School.
