On 12 September 2024, the Council adopted Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/24561 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. The Council decided that the information concerning 98 individuals and 33 entities should be updated. Additionally, the entries for five deceased persons and two other persons, as well as one duplicate entry, should be deleted from that Annex. The Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be renewed for a further six months. The candidate countries North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina2, as well as the EFTA countries Iceland and Norway, members of the European Economic Area, align themselves with this Council Decision. 1 OJ L, 2024/2456, 13.09.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/2456/oj. 2 North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina continue to be part of the Stabilisation and Association Process.
