This strategy is a critical step toward our shared vision of a circular economy for plastics, ensuring that plastics never become waste.

We are committed to collaborating with the federal government, businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and research institutions, along with local and regional governments, to eliminate unnecessary plastics, innovate reusable, recyclable, or compostable solutions, and keep all plastic items in circulation and out of the environment. The Administration’s dedication to phasing out single-use plastics and investing in sustainable alternatives aligns perfectly with our mission.
