Final Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation of Certain Glass Wine Bottles from China

On August 20, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain glass wine bottles from China. Commerce is concurrently conducting antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain glass wine bottles from Chile, China, and Mexico.
