AHA, 340B Health, ASHP file amicus brief defending Missouri law on 340B contract pharmacy pricing; AHA files similar briefs in Maryland, West Virginia

The AHA, 340B Health and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists last week filed an amicus brief in a federal district court in Missouri, defending the state's law protecting 340B pricing for contract pharmacy arrangements.

The AHA also filed similar briefs in Maryland on July 29 and Aug. 2, as well as West Virginia on Aug. 16.
