Rayonier Forest Resources, L.P. has retained LandVest, Inc. as its marketing and transaction manager for the disposition of The Olive Project. This offering is an unrivaled timberland, carbon-growth, social and environmental investment opportunity on the Olympic Peninsula in Clallam County, Washington. The property is offered for sale through a single-stage, sealed bid process with bids due on September 27, 2022.  
 
These Pacific Northwest timberlands are located in the Douglas-fir region of upper west Olympic Peninsula in one of the finest timberland-growing regions in North America. The property follows along nine spectacular miles of the North Fork of the Calawah River and is surrounded by the Olympic National Forest. The property is just to the east of Forks, Washington but most easily accessed for tour and log hauls from the north on access points intersecting Highway 101. Interested parties can access the property in about three hours from Seattle.  

The Olive Project is a unique property with exceptional conservation potential from a diverse landscape of conifer plantations, riparian areas, recreation, potential carbon opportunity from a rapidly maturing landscape, and a diverse ecosystem located near the Olympic National Park—one of the most scenic National Forests in North America.
