Olam Agri in the U.S. has been awarded the Great Place To Work certification™ for the first time. This recognition reflects Olam Agri’s position as an employer of choice in the U.S. as it strives to give its employees the freedom to flourish personally and professionally in a purpose-driven organisation that supports diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. Great Place To Work Certification recognises employers who create outstanding employee experience. Scores are determined based on employee feedback and independent analysis. 80% of all employees at Olam Agri in the U.S. who were surveyed said that the company was a great place to work – this is 23 points higher than the average U.S. company. In the Great Place To Work® survey, 92% of the participants reported feeling comfortable bringing their whole selves to work and being treated fairly regardless of their race or gender.
