Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has published its 2023 Sustainability Report. The downloadable report details the company’s progress toward its 2030 sustainability goals and includes a new ambition to be 100% Natural Forest Free across its portfolio beyond 2030. Kimberly-Clark’s study also focuses on the company’s climate action commitments, including reaching an absolute reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of 40.9% and a 10.4% energy efficiency improvement versus the 2015 baseline. Kimberly-Clark also reduced its plastics footprint by 16.4% toward its goal of a 50% reduction by 2030 over its 2019 baseline.
