Hollywood Feed nearly doubles Charleston store to 5,000 square feet; expansion includes 83% more space, self-service dog washes, and new brands

After recently unveiling a sizeable expansion at its Poplar/Erinway Drive location in Memphis, Tennessee, Hollywood Feed has announced it will open its latest expanded location in Charleston, South Carolina. The healthy and holistic pet food and supply retailer will increase its space from 2,732 square feet located at 1129 Savannah Highway to 5,000 square feet in its new location at 1133 Savannah Highway.

In addition to an 83 percent increase in space, the expanded location will offer multiple self-service dog washes, Same Day Delivery service and Curbside Pickup in addition to in-store shopping with professional guidance from the Hollywood Feed team.

“Expanding the footprint of this store allows us to increase the selection within our current product offerings and add new brands to the mix for our customers to explore,” says Shawn McGhee, Hollywood Feed president. “The new store will feature additional freezer space to accommodate the growing demand for fresh, frozen and raw feeding alternatives as well as a larger counter space area so that we may better assist customers. Overall, the decision to expand was based on a desire to increase efficiency, access, and selection of healthy and holistic pet products for the furry family members of our growing customer base.”
