The new emollient blend solubilizes crystalline UV filters and helps to stabilize formulations with a reliable sun protection factor. In addition, the new ingredient provides sun and skin care products with an appealing skin feeling.
Consumers are increasingly demanding products with a higher sun protection factor (SPF) and better skincare properties. It takes Solubilizers to meet these high requirements by improving the effectiveness of UV filters and enabling stable formulations.
SymSol® ProSun offers such an innovative solution. The optimized emollient blend is dedicated to solubilize crystalline UV filters and prevents them from re-crystallization. This is important so that the sun protection works reliably and for a long time. In addition, the new ingredient gives sun and skin care products a soft and non-sticky skin feeling.
