Lunacomp to merge into Finland's Lunawood effective Oct. 1, to simplify group’s structure, reduce administration; move also enables development of Lunawood Thermowood Composite as a part of Lunawood brand

Lunawood Thermowood Composite manufacturer Lunacomp Oy (VAT 2223733-2) will merge into Oy Lunawood Ltd’s (VAT 0606363-5) business as of October 1, 2022. The purpose of the merger is to simplify the Lunawood Group’s structure and reduce administrative obligations. At the same time, it enables the development of Lunawood Thermowood Composite as a part of Lunawood’s operations and the Lunawood brand. Lunacomp’s staff will transfer to Lunawood as old employees.

After the merger, the Lunawood Group will have two legal entities in Finland: Oy Lunawood Ltd and Lunaholder Oy.
