UNIPAK, Lebanese corrugated packaging manufacturer, promotes creativity and innovative packaging at Lebanon Student StarPack 2014.
UNIPAK sponsored the fifth Lebanon Student StarPack 2014 award ceremony and exhibition, organized by Libanpack on May 13, 2014 at the UNESCO Palace, Beirut.
500 students from leading universities from Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Palestine participated in the contest that featured different categories for packaging design.
UNIPAK’s Creative Design Award was presented by Fadi Frem, General manager at UNIPAK, to Roudy El Khoury from the Lebanese American University, Byblos.
El Khoury designed an cylindrical shaped package of pasta with a dispenser to deliver the desired pasta quantity. The package, made of corrugated cardboard, is a smart concept aiming to replace the regular single-use cardboard pasta box. Recyclable and reusable, the new design is easy-to-use, with a practical re-sealable lid.
