WINNIPEG, Manitoba , February 19, 2014 (press release) – Winpak Ltd. (TSX:WPK) announces that at a meeting on February 19, 2014, the Company's Board of Directors declared a special one-time dividend of one dollar (Canadian currency) per share payable March 20, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2014.

In addition, Winpak's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of three cents (3 cents, Canadian currency) per share payable April 10, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2014.

Winpak Ltd. manufactures and distributes high-quality packaging materials and related packaging machines. The Company's products are used primarily for the protection of perishable foods, beverages, and in health-care applications.
