Fusion Packaging develops 15-ml double-walled airless jar for Camu Camu Power C X 30 Brightening Moisturizer by skin care brand Peter Thomas Roth; jar uses an actuator to push product to surface instead of requiring consumers to use fingers or a spatula

DALLAS , December 18, 2013 (press release) – Fusion Packaging has recently finished a new collaboration with skin care brand Peter Thomas Roth. Fusion developed packaging for their Camu Camu Power C X 30 Brightening Moisturizer. The package utilizes a double walled airless jar to protect the sensitive vitamin C in the formulation, which uses Amazonian berry, camu camu, which contains 30 times more vitamin C than an orange, and combats wrinkles by stimulating collagen while still moisturizing deeply.

The brand opted for an airless jar, which uses an actuator to push product to the surface instead of a traditional jar that requires the consumer to use their fingers or a spatula to get the product out. This unique package type eliminates cross-contamination with the added airless benefits of product preservation and improved evacuation rates.

The 15 ml jar has stunning shelf appeal with a silver UV metallized and silkscreened overcap and the double-walled effect provides a luxurious look in a unique orange shade. The moisturizer can be purchased through the brand’s website, or in Sephora’s new Camu Camu Power C X 30 Anti-Wrinkle Brightening Kit.
