LOS ANGELES , February 29, 2012 () – Seventy-three percent of U.S. casual-restaurant customers are interested in healthy and antioxidant-rich green tea, Technomic reported Feb. 29.

That makes it the most appealing flavor of hot or iced tea, according to Technomic’s Coffee and Tea Market Intelligence Report.

According to the report, lemon (61%) and honey (60%) are also popular tea flavors among restaurant consumers.
