One Liberty Properties announces pricing of underwritten public offering 2.7 million shares at US$15.85/share

GREAT NECK, New York , February 8, 2011 () – One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE:OLP - News) today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of 2,700,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.85 per share. The underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 405,000 shares from One Liberty. Settlement of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to occur on February 11, 2011. One Liberty intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, including to fund the future acquisition of properties.

Deutsche Bank Securities is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
