Nekoosa Coated Products to raise carbonless sheets prices in U.S. and Canada by 6%, effective April 8

LOS ANGELES , March 13, 2013 () – Nekoosa Coated Products has told customers in the U.S. and Canada that it will increase its carbonless sheets grades prices by 6% on April 8, according to a knowledgeable contact.

The company informed customers of its plans on March 4.

Also P.H. Glatfelter Co. and Appleton Papers Inc. have separately announced plans to increase the prices of their carbonless sheets by 6%, both to take effect April 1.

Glatfelter’s increase, announced on Feb. 27, is global, and Appleton’s, announced March 1, is for the U.S. and Canada.

Nekoosa Coated Products is based in Nekoosa, Wisconsin.

According to its website, its products include U20 carbonless, Digital carbonless, Universal carbonless, Synaps OM, Synaps Digital XM, Synaps PS, Thermanent, and Thermanent Digital PS.
