Industry Intelligence hires Dan Rivard as director of newly formed Client Development Group
LOS ANGELES, May 18, 2010
– Since the launch of its [executive] Navigator service in mid-2009, Industry Intelligence Inc. has experienced rapid growth as senior level executives embraced the [executive] Navigator’s broad financial management tools. To ensure end-to-end account leadership for these executives, and to manage client growth with expansion into other verticals, Industry Intelligence has hired Dan Rivard as director of the newly formed Client Development Group.
Rivard brings to Industry Intelligence more than 25 years’ experience in the global pulp and paper industry, primarily in client-facing roles. Rivard commented, “As Industry Intelligence continues to grow in both scope and product offerings, we want to create value throughout the entire enterprise and ensure each client reaps the benefits our services afford.”
In this position, Rivard and his team will be responsible for building lasting client relationships, crafting proactive account strategies, and achieving excellence in account servicing and stewardship.
Before joining Industry Intelligence, Rivard held the position of VP, Forest Products at Sinclair Group. Before that, he served Fisher International as VP, North American Sales. The first 15 years of Rivard’s professional career were spent at Champion International Corp., where he managed a broad variety of manufacturing leadership and quality performance assignments.
